Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to meet high standards of cleanliness Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling simple dishes under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, dishwahser, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and bussing of dining areas Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards Help with light cleaning duties across the restaurant or catering venues to support overall sanitation efforts Help the kitchen with additional duties when able such as stocking freezers and coolers. Requirements
