Buss tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining areas. Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all health and safety standards. Handle manual tasks such as loading/unloading dishwashers, stacking clean items, and organizing supplies with care. Follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with food safety management practices and restaurant health standards. Support heavy lifting activities when necessary, including moving supplies or equipment around the kitchen area. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and kitchen health standards is a plus. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when needed. Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or cleaning machinery is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
