DISHWASHER / UTILITY WORKER U

of M Flint - UCEN Café Picasso Restaurant Group is hiring! We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Utility Worker to join our team at the University of Michigan-Flint UCEN Café . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area and kitchen clean and organized Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the café Help kitchen staff with basic prep and utility tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to keep daily café operations running efficiently

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable and punctual Hardworking with a positive attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but we will train the right person! Must be available for occasional nights and weekends for catering events

Pay:

$15-$17/hour, based on experience
