Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher who values teamwork and takes pride in supporting a welcoming dining environment. This role is an important part of the Waterford Campus team, helping create a setting where residents feel comfortable, supported, and engaged. Day to day, the Dishwasher assists with essential cleaning and sanitation tasks in the kitchen, following established food service procedures and guidance from the team. This position is well-suited for someone who appreciates clear expectations, contributes reliably behind the scenes, and understands how their work supports resident care and community life.
Schedule Details Shift:
11:00 am-3:00 pm (weekdays) & 7am
  • 3:30 pm (weekends) Part-Time Status working 20 hours a week Every other weekend required Three Holidays per year required What This Role Looks Like Day to Day Perform daily and scheduled cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with food service policies and procedures Clear tables, wash dishes and utensils, and return clean items to designated storage areas Maintain clean, dry, and safe work areas free from hazards Work collaboratively with team members, supporting a universal worker culture Assist with basic dining support as needed, including setting tables, filling/passing beverages, and serving food according to portion guidelines Support meal service by delivering trays, preparing sack lunches, and assisting with special events or activities Assist with tracking meal counts for residents, guests, and staff as directed What We Value in Team Members Reliability — showing up prepared and following through on commitments?
