Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are spotless and ready for use. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, sinks, floors, and storage areas to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling basic food items when needed to support the kitchen team. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is cleaned and ready for service in a timely manner. Manage proper disposal of waste and recyclables to keep the kitchen environment safe and organized. Follow food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently across all food service areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times and special events. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy trays or containers. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across various roles. Experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment aligned with health regulations.
