Our Dishwashers play a valuable and critical role in our operation and work alongside our back of house and front of house teams to ensure an amazing dining experience. ESSENTIAL

DUTIES and

RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash all wares in dish-washing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store in proper areas Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes Empty garbage cans, wash, and reline with new bags. Break down boxes, crates, and remove debris Wash and polish all stainless steel in the kitchen including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc. Sweep and mop kitchen floors Assisting in food preparation, storing foods after delivery, and cleaning coolers, freezers, and storerooms Maintain inventories of soap, chemicals, and paper towels Assist in completing weekly kitchen cleaning and maintenance list Ensures all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed. Must arrive to work on time, well‐groomed and in clean work attire. Other duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS and/or

EXPERIENCE

Strong communication and time management skills, Able to work under pressure Can thrive in a fast-paced environment Friendly, outgoing, and a team player Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 50lbs and use basic cleaning equipment
