Shift We are looking for someone who can work Wednesday-Friday. Wednesday and Thursday schedule will be 4-10:30PM and Friday will be 2PM-8PM. Possible Saturdays if needed. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and bulk supplies with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, floors, and storage areas in accordance with sanitation standards Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and basic utensils is advantageous Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across the kitchen area Good communication skills and a positive attitude to work well within a team environment Commitment to upholding kitchen health and safety standards at all times
