Spiro's Downtown Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hard-working dishwasher to join our team. This is a key role in our kitchen—keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly during fast-paced shifts. We're a family-run restaurant that takes pride in our team culture. Everyone works together, and we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing their job well.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times Keep up with dish flow during busy service periods Take out trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning Help with basic prep or tasks when needed

Requirements:

Must be reliable and show up for scheduled shifts Able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs No experience required—we will train the right person

Schedule:

Evening shifts (approximately 3:00 PM - close) Weekday availability required Some flexibility depending on business needs

Pay:

$13-$15/hour based on experience and reliability
