Job Summary Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment that supports smooth and efficient restaurant operations. This role plays a critical part in food safety, cleanliness, and team support. Dishwashers are expected to stay proactive, support the kitchen team, and uphold health code and company standards at all times. Key Responsibilities Set up and prepare the dish station and three-compartment sink for service Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchenware and tableware Handle dishes and equipment carefully to prevent breakage and loss Ensure dishwater remains clean and free of grease or debris Maintain adequate levels of detergents and cleaning supplies Keep the dish area, floors, and surrounding workspace clean and sanitized according to health code standards Remove trash and transport linens to designated areas as needed Restock kitchen stations with cooler items when requested Assist with basic prep, dough preparation, or cleaning tasks during slower periods Complete opening, closing, and side work checklists accurately Monitor dish equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance concerns to management Follow proper handwashing and sanitation procedures at all times Stay productive during slow periods by completing preventative cleaning and maintenance tasks Fill in where needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members and management Dependable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative Crew Benefits Weekly Pay 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discount Paid Time Off
