Key Responsibilities Maintain clean and organized dish area — wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Follow proper cleaning and sanitation standards to support a safe and efficient kitchen. Assist with kitchen organization — restock clean dishes, put away deliveries, and help with closing duties. Communicate with cooks and servers to ensure dishes are available when needed. Take ownership of the dish station — keep floors clean, drains clear, and supplies stocked. Support prep and kitchen team during slower periods (peeling, portioning, labeling, etc.). Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude. Handle equipment with care and report any maintenance issues promptly. What Success Looks Like Dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are spotless and ready when needed. The dish area stays organized, safe, and running smoothly. You communicate well with the team and jump in wherever help is needed. You take pride in your work — every clean plate reflects our standard of excellence. Qualifications No experience necessary — we'll train the right person. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
