Keep Our Kitchen Running Strong. Joe Louis Southern Kitchen is looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwasher / General Utility Team Members to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment while ensuring our kitchen team has the dishes, cookware, and equipment needed to deliver exceptional food and service. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Support the kitchen team by washing pots and pans during busy service. Empty trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean work areas. Sweep and mop kitchen and dish areas as needed. Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of equipment or maintenance issues. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Restaurant experience is a plus, but no experience is required—we'll train the right candidate.
