Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and assisting the back-of-house team during events and daily operations.

Responsibilities Dishwashing Duties:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away by the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area Take out trash and recycling at the end of the night Follow all health and sanitation guidelines

Prep Cook Duties:

Assist with basic food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.) Prepare ingredients for events and daily service Maintain cleanliness of prep stations and kitchen areas Assist chefs and cooks during events as needed Help maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items Qualifications Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
