Key Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently throughout service. Clean, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen and service items including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness in dish area and assist with general kitchen organization. Assist with trash removal, recycling, and breakdown tasks. Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate needs to management. Support kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as needed. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary workspace. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $18-$20, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance. Flexible scheduling and consistent evening shifts.
