The Dishwasher Operator 2 will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining the bin washer. What You ll Do As our 2 nd Shift Dishwasher Operator

• 2 , you ll: General Duties Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.

Comply with all Food Safety procedures at all times. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow standard operating procedures to safely handle corrosive chemicals, extremely hot water, and sharp tools, using proper care and precautions. Set up and operate the bin washer according to standard operating procedures. Perform basic troubleshooting tasks for the machine as needed. Check and record temperature and chemical levels. Audit screen per operating instructions for debris that may accumulate; clean as necessary. Keep the work area clean and organized. Report any issues and concerns to the shift Supervisor. Properly store clean bins per standard operating procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license. Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds. What We Offer Competitive Wage
