SUMMARY Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, washing dishes as needed and team player with sanitation needs, food production according to specifications and in accordance with Grand Casino's specifications and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
Follow all recipe and control procedures for prep items. Follow all recipes and production specifications. Adheres to sanitation guidelines for washing and storing dishes. Assist in all areas of food production as needed. Responsible for delivering excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner. Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times. Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations. Maintains stock of all necessary items. Any and all other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
