In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish area, ensuring all cookware, utensils, and dishware are sanitized and ready for use. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards Support bussing duties by clearing tables and assisting with general restaurant cleanliness during service Handle food handling responsibilities with care, adhering to proper hygiene practices Collaborate with kitchen staff on catering or banquet events to ensure timely dish service and cleanup Follow all safety procedures and sanitation protocols to uphold a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Previous experience with kitchen experience or culinary work is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality by joining us as a Dishwasher!
