Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher Norvary Restaurant Kitchen Porter/DIshwasher/Busser

• Supporting the Chef in basic food preparation: cutting ingredients, peeling and washing vegetables.
• Cooking/prepping food orders that require basic skills.
• Packaging to-go orders.
• Restocking and putting in inventory requests.
• Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots, pans, and blenders.
• Receiving deliveries and stocking food supplies following FIFO
• Cleaning and sterilizing kitchen prep table, kitchen walls, freezer handle & door
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipments, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
