Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, and assisting with food preparation to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and culinary teamwork, with experience in banquet, catering, or environments preferred. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by following sanitation standards Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining spaces quickly Help with catering setups and banquet service as needed Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to meet safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel settings is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and basic cooking or food prep skills is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required A positive attitude and willingness to learn culinary techniques and hospitality procedures This role is vital for supporting our culinary team and ensuring our guests receive high-quality service.
