In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, support food service operations, and help create a welcoming environment for guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, lively atmosphere. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently, adhering to food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, or organizing ingredients when needed Support catering and banquet setups by arranging tables, serving stations, and cleaning up after events Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Help with bussing tables during peak hours to ensure quick turnaround for incoming guests Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate seamless service delivery Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
