Steward Job Description Location:

Lake Ozark, MO, 65049 Job Summary The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that all areas are properly sanitized. The Steward will also assist with food preparation and service as needed. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sweep or scrub floors. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Assist with food preparation and service as needed. Ensure that all areas are properly sanitized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions The Steward will work in a kitchen and dining area, which may be hot and noisy. The position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
