HVAC Technician/Air Duct Cleaning

We are growing as a company. This is an opportunity to get in early and earn performance based incentives. This position is full time during the months of March-October and part time during the winter months. ```Duties```

• Perform air duct cleanings
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Inspect HVAC systems and their components for potential issues or malfunctions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and determine the best course of action for repair
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC systems
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with HVAC systems ```Qualifications```
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including their design, components, and functions
• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
