Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards across all kitchen operations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending. Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, cooking, and basic kitchen operations enhances your effectiveness. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings.
