Job Description
Overview In search of a self motivated individual who will operate our dish-pit and serve as a busser when necessary. This position plays a vital role in ensuring good food is served quickly. You will be responsible for developing a work flow that ensures other staff have continual access to dishes and cookware. Dinner shifts (3:45PM-9:00PM) available Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities Wash dishes quickly and effectively so that there is a ready supply on hand at all times. Requirements Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and priority management. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
