Job Description
A dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a food service environment, ensuring a steady supply of clean tableware for the kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities Cleaning Dishes :
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring all items are sanitized according to health and safety standards. 2Organizing Work Area :
Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and taking out trash. 1Loading and Unloading :
Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and stored. 2Assisting Kitchen Staff :
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients, when needed. 1Inventory Management :
