Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and countertops. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of basic food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
