The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious and safe meals that meet their dietary needs. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently Keep dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter or hazards Load and unload the dish machine properly Take out trash and recycling regularly Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks (like sweeping, mopping, or wiping down surfaces) Follow all health and safety guidelines Support the kitchen team as needed — we're all in this together!
