Job Description

Job Title:
Hydro-Ceramic Technician (Professional Dishwasher)
Company:
Bonsai Brewing Project Location:
Whitefish, MT About the
Gig:
Every great kitchen needs a backbone, and here at Bonsai Brewing Project, that backbone is the dish pit. We are officially hiring a Hydro-Ceramic Technician. What does that mean? It means you are the master of water, soap, and extreme organization. You're the one making sure the line cooks have the gear they need to get crushed on a Friday night. We have an awesome food menu alongside our craft beer, and we need someone who takes pride in keeping the dish station running smoothly. A Day in the Life of a
Technician:
Tactical Hydration:
Operating the dish machine and 3-compartment sink like an absolute boss.
Asset Management:
Organizing clean plates, pots, and utensils so the line cooks don't cry during the rush.
Sanitation Engineering:
Keeping your station spotless and helping with closing duties so we leave the kitchen shining.
Side Quests:
Helping the cooks out with light prep work (once you master the pit, we'd love to teach you how to prep some of our summer menu items!) What You Bring to the
Table:
Pure hustle. The tickets print fast, and we need someone who can keep up the pace. Reliability. If you don't show up, the whole system breaks. A solid attitude. We run a tight, respectful kitchen and leave the drama at the door. Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs. What We Bring to the
Table:
Great starting pay (plus a cut of the tip pool). Shift meals and brewery discounts. A schedule that still lets you actually enjoy living in Whitefish. Real opportunities to cross-train onto the cold station or hot line if you want to move up.
