Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook and/or Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety. You will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while also maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties Washing dishes and keeping dish station clean. Putting dishes away neatly and keep dish racks organized. Prep menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including making rice, chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Willing to fully train. Reliable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. We are looking for a dishwasher 3-4 days/week. Line cook 3-5 days/week. We love to cross train if you're willing to do so. We are a team that likes to have fun, work hard and deliver the best service /food to our customers. Our dishwasher and Line Cook are the backbone to our operation and we hope to hire the right person or people for the job!
