Dishwasher

Bonito Kitchen, located inside The Hound Lounge on Tunnel Road is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will ensure our chefs have a constant supply of clean dishes and maintain a spotless, sanitary work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrape, rinse, and load dirty dishes into the commercial dishwasher. Hand-wash large pots, pans, and delicate items. Unload the machine and organize clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their proper places. Keep the dish station, floors, and kitchen areas clean and dry. Empty trash receptacles and assist with basic kitchen prep when needed.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50lbs. Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. Reliable transportation to and from job site Weekend night availability

Pay:
