Job Description

Brevard College Dining services provides campus-wide food services to students, faculty, and staff on the Brevard College campus and catering events on and off campus. The college serves 600+ residential students with the meal program. The department employs approximately 35 full/part-time and student employees. This is a weekend shift (Friday - Monday).
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen Properly sort and dispose of waste and recyclables Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep as needed Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards Perform other related duties as assigned
