• 10pm Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or organizing ingredients to support daytime kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of sanitation by regularly cleaning workstations, sinks, floors, and kitchen surfaces in accordance with health and safety regulations. Bypass used dishes and utensils to designated areas for cleaning or re-use; ensure proper bussing of tables and clearing of service stations. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and supplies safely following proper ergonomic techniques to prevent injury. Support kitchen health and safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels or equipment maintenance needs. Skills Proven experience in food service environments with knowledge of kitchen operations and sanitation practices. Strong understanding of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to operate commercial dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items regularly without injury. Basic knife skills for food prep support are a plus; familiarity with food handling protocols is essential. Experience working in restaurants or banquet settings demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards ensures a safe workspace for all team members.
