Job Description
Job Summary La Vita Dolce, an all-day cafe in the Southern Village community, is hiring a Closing Dishwasher to arrive in between 5:30p and 6:30p to handle dishwashing, breaking down the dish pit, and cleaning tasks. Shifts are 3.5 to 4 hours long and available 7 days per week. We close at 9p Wed through Sat and 8p Sun through Tuesday and the Dishwasher would likely be done by 1 hour after close. This position is available seven days each week for a total of approximately 25 hours. We are also open to hiring two people, each coming in 3-4 days per week. We are a very team-oriented crew and offer a positive working environment. Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently Wash pots & pans in the three-compartment sink Help put away dishes Assist with simple food preparation tasks as needed Properly break down the Dish Machine and three-compartment sink each night Sweep, mop, and clean back of house Help bus and wipe down tables Perform designated weekly cleaning tasks Commercial dishwashing experience is required .
