Position Summary:

The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our team. This is a full-time position that includes nights, weekends and holidays. This position is responsible for a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies. Sets up the dish and pot washing area. Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils. Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils. Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. Empties trash containers.

Qualifications:

Must be age 16 years or older Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent experience Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment. Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
