Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Buss tables and assist with serving during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Organize kitchen supplies and keep workstations clean and clutter-free. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
