Dishwasher/Food Prep 9601 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28262 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed

Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers
Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
Attention to detail and sanitation rules
Collecting used kitchenware from kitchen areas
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Help unload weekly truck orders
