What You'll Do:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and food preparation equipment. Put all clean dishes, pots, and utensils in their appropriate places. Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed. Sweek and mop kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer, and storeroom as assigned. Assist in stocking and receiving inventory and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read, write, and follow written directions. Ability to lift heavy objects and push carts. Desired (But Not Required)

Qualifications:

Experienced in maintaining and cleaning commercial dishwasher. Southminster is open year-round, which will require availability to work evenings, some weekends, and holidays.
