Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser/Prep to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and resetting tables promptly for new guests. Support food preparation by assisting chefs with basic cooking tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Help with catering events or banquets as required, ensuring all food service needs are met efficiently. Adhere to food handling safety regulations and practices to ensure the highest quality of service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Experience in bussing, serving, or catering can enhance your candidacy for this role. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment are essential qualities for success in this position.
