Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts to ensure a hygienic environment Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food presentation when needed Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to manage bussing duties, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas quickly and efficiently Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating hospitality-focused service and a proactive attitude Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols is advantageous Experience in banquet or catering environments enhances your ability to adapt to diverse service settings Kitchen or culinary experience, including basic cooking skills or hotel food prep roles, is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately in fast-paced environments Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by joining us as a Dishwasher/Food Prep!
