Cape Fear National is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while supporting the culinary team during daily dining service and club events. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area Properly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment Remove trash and recycling and maintain appropriate waste areas Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist the culinary team with basic kitchen tasks as needed Help keep kitchen floors, work areas, and equipment clean and safe Support the team during busy dining periods and club events Qualifications Previous restaurant, club, or kitchen experience preferred but not required Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
