Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to uphold hygiene standards. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Closing cleaning procedures Skills Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
