Creating a great dining experience for our customers is a priority so the ideal candidate will be an organized, reliable, self starter with a positive attitude Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Put away dishes as they are cleaned and dried Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen area, including sweeping floors and sanitizing work surfaces to uphold health standards. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining proper hygiene at all times. Work with teammates to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service operations. Qualifications Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, and serving. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting team and hospitality guests. Prior experience with kitchen or restaurant work will be considered an asset but is not mandatory
