Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Brewery Bhavana. Located in Raleigh, NC, this role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring that our staff can deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly. Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are sanitized and stored properly after cleaning. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. Support the team during busy service periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food handling and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
