This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week . We're a sushi restaurant with no fryers, ranges, or traditional hot line , which means there's no heavy grease or greasy cookware to deal with . The position is primarily focused on keeping dishes, utensils, equipment, and the back-of-house clean and organized throughout service.
