Job Summary We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen environment. Duties Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a clean and organized environment Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts Assist with catering and banquet setups when required Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods Help with general cleaning duties to uphold the cleanliness standards of the establishment Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided Experience with food handling, cleaning, or kitchen operations is advantageous Knowledge of restaurant or hotel environments, including banquet or catering experience, is a plus Familiarity with culinary practices such as food preparation and serving is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness This role is essential for ensuring smooth kitchen operations and an exceptional guest experience.
