Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. Paid and essential to our operation, this position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to be part of a vibrant team. Must be 18 years of age. This position can be mornings and or nights. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup under supervision Support catering and banquet events by managing dishware and ensuring timely cleanup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with health regulations to ensure safety for all guests Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service operations during peak times Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is nice Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards Ability to perform basic food preparation and assist with catering or banquet setups Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn about culinary processes and customer service excellence
