Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary Looking for a Kitchen utility player. Mostly dishwashing and prep, more if you've got the skills. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing ingredients for service, and supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality food. Good attitude, reliability and punctuality are a must. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times. Bus tables and clear dining areas promptly during service to support smooth restaurant operations. Help with basic cooking tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen managers to facilitate meal preparation. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus. Prior kitchen or hospitality experience demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene standards is beneficial.
