Dishwasher at Epoch at Exeter Inn - In Exeter, NH Epoch at Exeter Inn is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our back-of-house operations while supporting the overall guest experience. Position Summary As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role behind the scenes by ensuring all kitchenware, equipment, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. Key Responsibilities Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment from dining and kitchen areas Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently Wash select items by hand (e.g., large pots, cutting boards, delicate items) Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Set up and maintain dish and prep stations before and during service Ensure a steady supply of clean dishware, especially during peak hours Maintain cleaning supply levels and notify management when restocking is needed Monitor dish machine performance and report any issues promptly Remove trash regularly and maintain overall cleanliness Sanitize kitchen areas, including floors and work surfaces What We're Looking For Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation Good time management and teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent is a plus Why Join Us?
