Overview Join our vibrant team as a Dishwasher/Busser and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for food preparation and service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards our guests expect while supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in food safety, sanitation, and hospitality operations while working alongside passionate professionals. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures. Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment; ensure proper bussing procedures are followed. Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies, dish carts, and trash disposal while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwasher. Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly. Support food handling protocols to ensure compliance with food safety management practices across all restaurant operations. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Basic knife skills and understanding of food preparation processes are a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area. Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Previous banquet, catering, hotel, or culinary experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key. Pay:
