Dishwasher - Grill 28 at Pease Golf Course Grill 28 at Pease Golf Course is looking for dependable, hardworking Dishwashers to join our kitchen team! Grill 28 is a busy restaurant and event venue located at Pease Golf Course in Portsmouth, NH. In addition to our daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service , we host a variety of private events, functions, and golf tournaments throughout the season. Our dishwashers are an important part of our team and help keep the entire operation running smoothly. We're looking for team members who are dependable, organized, and willing to jump in wherever needed. What You'll Do Wash and properly sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dishwashing area Keep the kitchen supplied with clean dishes, cookware, and utensils throughout service Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas Empty trash and recycling and maintain designated disposal areas Sweep and mop floors and assist with routine kitchen cleaning Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other tasks as needed Help support dishwashing and kitchen needs for small and large private events Support golf tournaments and outings held in partnership with Pease Golf Course Follow all sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures Work collaboratively with cooks, chefs, servers, bartenders, event staff, and management What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful, but no experience is required — we are willing to train Dependable and able to arrive on time and ready to work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help the team wherever needed Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to safely lift and move dishes, kitchen equipment, trash, and supplies Attention to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation Scheduling Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts are available. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred, particularly during the golf and event season. Why Grill 28?
