Dishwasher (Full Time) - The Colosseum Restaurant The Colosseum, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Salem, NH with over 40 years of history, is hiring a full time dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This is a hands on, fast paced role for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, efficient kitchen running.

Pay:

$17 to $18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Full time. This is not a part time or seasonal position. Reliable, consistent availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

What You Will Do:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by hand and using commercial dishwashing machines Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift Sort and stack clean items and return them to their proper stations Empty and clean trash and recycling, and assist with breaking down boxes Maintain clean floors, sinks, and work surfaces in the dish and kitchen areas Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and other tasks as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We Are Looking For:

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude under pressure Someone reliable who shows up on time and ready to work every shift Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a hot, fast paced kitchen environment Previous dish or kitchen experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person Must be able to work full time T-Sun including nights, weekends, and holidays Our business hours are Mon (closed) Tu-Friday (4p-9p) Sat (12p-10p) Sun (1p-8p)
